               alternative energy saving technologies.

               BE-Cooperative.org is dedicated to following the principles that govern
               the basic operation of non-profit member-owned cooperative business
               organizations;

        #1.  The cooperative exists only to serve and benefit it's members.

        #2.  All operating profits are returned to members in the form of              
               reduced costs for goods and services.

        #3.  Each member owns a voting share of stock, and annual meetings    
               are held for members to plan future operations, voice options and  
               vote for board members.

        #4.  Members are encouraged to participate in the operation of the        
               cooperative.
